Exploring GoTo Webinar: A User's Perspective
I found the on-demand feature of GoTo Webinar extremely beneficial as it expanded my reach and boosted my ROI by allowing me to turn my live webinars into reusable content. The software was a worthwhile investment, easy to download and set up. I was impressed by the interface and experienced minimal lagging. I appreciated the responsive customer service and the ease of customizing registration. The audio and video quality were good, and I particularly liked the on-demand feature. However, the basic version lacked some features I needed, such as accommodating more participants. The premium version is a bit expensive and without a strong internet connection, there can be lagging and poor webinar performance. The interface could still use some improvements. I found the integration with Eventzilla straightforward. I chose GoTo Webinar because it was reasonably priced and I had a positive experience and turnout after using it. I switched to GoTo Webinar because I needed to accommodate more than 26 participants and wanted to expand my reach.
