I find MailUp to be user-friendly with various features and it allows for multiple integrations with external tools. It's excellent for creating acquisition forms and lead-oriented landing pages. However, managing recipients and using different lists can complicate data management. Also, I believe the customizable registration fields should be expanded. I switched to MailUp for its value for money and the support offered.
