Effective Assessment Tool for Diverse Hiring Needs
I consider TestGorilla to be an excellent product. It's a software that aids us in developing various assessments for different roles, including both tech and non-tech recruitment. The assessments are tailored to the specific skills and aptitudes needed for each role. Our hiring process has significantly improved since we started using TestGorilla. However, I wish it could be integrated with an ATS to automate most of the steps. At present, its integration with India-specific job boards or ATS is limited. In response to my feedback, the vendor suggested exploring their API for more integration options and expressed their delight that I found TestGorilla useful in our hiring process. They welcomed me to the TestGorilla community. This interaction took place in January 2023.
