Dubious Company Practices
I removed the SurveySparrow app from my website after realizing who was charging me. I've been in constant contact with my bank and SurveySparrow, expressing my disinterest in continuing with their software for another year. I didn't see any benefits from it. After my tech support removed their code, I was alerted that the app was back on my site, suggesting that they hacked me to avoid giving a refund. This implies that they can do the same to anyone once their code is on your site. I don't consider them a reputable company and have reported them to the US FBI for hacking and handed the issue over to my legal support. It's been a nightmare! I installed their chat bot and saw no benefits. Their billing process is also problematic. I didn't sign anything authorizing an automatic renewal and received no alert about my card being billed so I could cancel. The billing statement doesn't identify the company or provide a way to dispute a charge. They claim to have.

My overall experience with Surveysparrow has been positive. I find it simple to create forms and I appreciate the vast array of templates available. I regard Surveysparrow as one of the top software for constructing surveys, with a user interface that's easy to set up and use. One of its standout features is the plethora of templates, which make customers feel at ease when filling out forms. However, I am annoyed by the daily promotional emails and the fact that the templates aren't free. To utilize them, I have to buy the premium option.
