      The Update/Commenting System is Simply

      I find the updates/commenting system in Adobe Workfront to be very poor. It's frustrating that we can't easily see the most recent comment or update at the top of each project. Instead, we have to scroll through all the conversations to guess where the latest updates might be.

      Adobe Workfront has proven to be incredibly adaptable for every user level, offering tracking and reporting tools that can be customized to monitor any aspect of a project. While my department doesn't utilize all these features, they are readily available when needed. As my business operates remotely, this product has kept me informed, particularly during the pandemic, instilling confidence to move forward. The kanban boards and task management are essential for me. Adobe Workfront's kanban board allows us to create tasks or user stories and divide them into bi-weekly or bi-monthly sprints. However, I wish there was a better explanation for errors, as there are no clear indications why a date or field isn't updating or can't be created. Usually, a bit of troubleshooting can resolve the issue. I switched to Adobe Workfront because of its well-designed UI. Reviewing proofs and seeing team members' comments is straightforward, and other team members actively use it and tag me as needed.
