      I've been using Syncfusion dashboards for over two years and it's been a fantastic experience. The drag-and-drop widget feature is extremely user-friendly. I encountered a problem when trying to integrate the dashboards into .NET Core MVC Application version 3.1, as I was informed it doesn't support this version or higher. However, their support team was incredibly helpful and guided me through this issue.

I was an early adopter, initially using the Syncfusion dashboard platform, which was later replaced by Bold BI. The user interface of Bold BI is impressively simple, allowing even non-technical individuals to rapidly generate insightful results. It can connect to a broad range of data sources and provides a good variety of widgets for data visualization. The support from Syncfusion is outstanding, they respond promptly to bug reports and provide fixes quickly. They are also ready to help with 'how do I do?' scenarios if I'm struggling with any aspect of the tool. Dashboards can be visually built for non-technical users, but more technical users can write their queries directly in SQL. I find it easier to use than competitive products like Power I, Qlik or Tableau. Syncfusion also considers feature requests - many of my suggestions were added.
