I am absolutely thrilled with Bookafy, a company I find to be an absolute gem! Since September 6th, 222, I have been enjoying the convenience of direct debits from my bank account for their services. I even had the pleasure of interacting with the director, Casey Sullivan, who promptly acknowledged my email. I've been setting appointments through their booking system and it's been a breeze! The payments are automatically taken from my bank account, making the process hassle-free. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that this type of direct debit is managed by the company, Bookafy, which I find very convenient. Moreover, on April 2th, 222, I was charged $15 for their services, which Bookafy promptly acknowledged as an error and promised a refund. I am confident that I will receive it soon. I highly recommend using Bookafy as a booking platform. However, if you're looking for a lifetime deal, consider using Appsumo.com, which also offers great services. I give Bookafy a full five stars for their efficient business practices!

They're so dedicated to their service that they continued to charge me even after I thought I had ended the service. The actual service is quite unique, with a minimalist approach to customization options. It's not for everyone, but if you're someone who appreciates simplicity and straightforwardness, you might just love it! When I posted my initial review, Bookafy was quick to respond. They even took the time to revise their first response to ensure it was perfect. Their second response was quite interesting, suggesting that they would have refunded me if I had asked nicely. Ever since we started using Bookafy with our clients, it has been a fantastic service. We're only paying $2 for all our staff, and it's worth every penny. The best part is their translation. I chose Bookafy specifically for their multiple language support and it has been a game-changer. Users have an English interface that is straightforward and easy to navigate. Their support team has been responsive, always keeping me updated on the latest features and improvements. The notifications sent to clients in languages other than English are unique and attention-grabbing. For instance, my clients receive an SMS reminder 15 minutes before the event saying Your meeting is in 15 HOURS. It's a fun way to build anticipation and ensure they don't forget their appointments. The first reminder, set to send 2 days before the event, says Your meeting is in 48 hours. I love that I don't have to worry about crafting these messages myself, as Bookafy takes care of it all. The booking page is creatively designed in any language other than English, with a unique layout and mixed cells. It's a refreshing change from the usual, monotonous booking pages we're all used to. One of my favorite features is the Google calendar sync. It's designed to prevent clients from booking already taken times, and it has saved me from numerous potential time conflicts. I'm sticking with Bookafy because it has made my life so much easier. It's a service that's impossible to live without!
