Effortless Website Creation with Duda!
Overall, I've had a great experience using Duda for a range of websites, from basic to e-commerce, particularly those built using Ecwid within Duda. I find Duda's optimization and security to be superior to WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, and in my comparisons, Duda websites consistently outperform those from other platforms. As someone who isn't a coder, I find Duda incredibly useful for designing unique and creative websites. Their pre-built templates and drag-and-drop builder make the design process easy, and with support's help, I've even been able to manually change some CSS when necessary. My only minor complaint is that I've had to use 3rd party widgets, like Jotform, to achieve certain functionalities, which adds an extra cost for my clients. However, this isn't a deal-breaker for me. I switched to Duda after Adobe Muse ended, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Duda is far superior to Adobe Muse in terms of time.

I Once Adored Duda
I used to be a fan of Duda, but since they removed their live chat support for lower tiered plans, I can no longer recommend it. Despite its clunkiness, it was versatile and user-friendly for a non-tech person like me. However, without live chat support, waiting for 1-2 days for an email response due to issues becomes too frustrating. If you're considering a plan with live chat, I'd say it's worth it, otherwise, it's not worth the hassle.

Boosting Agency Profitability with Duda: The Ideal Choice
I use Duda to replicate my design templates, which helps me reduce build time and increase profitability. Duda is open to product improvement suggestions and plays a crucial role in my strategy to develop sites faster and more profitably. As an agency owner, the white label options help me strengthen my brand and company to my clients. Unlike consumer-oriented website builders, Duda doesn't upsell, display annoying advertising, or distract me from my work. The support is quick and convenient, and I can share site management with my clients, assigning specific permissions to specific individuals. Duda offers customization and personalization features that can help any local business become more profitable. The drag and drop, on-screen editing is easier than any consumer-level website builder, and much easier and more secure than WordPress. However, there are some limitations such as the lack of dynamic page content, limited functionality for custom social sharing images, and lack of categories in page creation. Despite these, I am excited for the future growth of Duda.
