The company's system hinders growth by requiring customer service contact for upgrades or usage. Even after paying, they withhold features until you contact their unresponsive customer service.

GoSquared: Our Preferred Real-Time Analytics and Integration Platform for Clients
We've been using GoSquared as a key feature-set instead of creating our own real-time analytics platform or integrating something into our backend. We value its simplicity, performance, and integration services. GoSquared offers excellent support and services, and provides tools for learning more about our customers. It has a simple interface with great dashboards and plug-ins. We recommend GoSquared to all our accounts. We'd like to see more white-label and multi-tenant features for enterprise clients, but we can't think of many other improvements.
