As a user, I feel that everyone requires some form of motivation in their career, and Kudos is among the best software I've come across that offers this encouragement. I remember receiving special recognition from our CEO via Kudos for attending a difficult meeting with a governor during a security crisis when all telecom operators were offline. After my extensive conversation with the governor, MTN was the first operator to be restored, an accomplishment acknowledged by our CEO through Kudos. The software is well-organized into four categories, each with clear instructions and easy to navigate. Honestly, I see no drawbacks to this software.

From the first demo to the final onboarding session, my experience with the Kudos Team has been fantastic. They've exceeded my expectations in meeting my agency's needs and have helped me set up the platform for launch day. I can't commend Kudos enough! I've also really enjoyed several webinars run by the Kudos Team. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, similar to other social media platforms. I appreciate its accessibility on various devices and platforms like computers, phones, Outlook, and Teams. I'm looking forward to a swag store being integrated into the platform soon! I chose Kudos because it values recognition over rewards and doesn't show earned points on profiles for everyone to see. I also appreciate the reporting data and cost efficiency. I switched to Kudos because not everyone in our agency had access to the previous platform and the gift items didn't appeal to the team members.
