Journeying with MyStudio: A Tale of Transformation
As a new company, I feel that MyStudio has a well-intentioned team that may lack expertise but shows a strong desire to perform well. I believe it would be beneficial if they had an "install" team to assist clients with the initial setup process. This is the first software management we've used at our school, as we previously did everything manually, so we don't have any other products to compare it to. I appreciate the ability to communicate with our students, manage banking and payments, and set up retail sales through the app. However, I find the software isn't organized intuitively, requiring too many clicks and prompts to complete simple tasks. For example, to communicate with all students, I can't use the communications tab but have to use the "All Customers" tab, which is counterintuitive. I also haven't found a way to fulfill multiple retail orders at once. We chose MyStudio based on a referral.

A Year in the Life with MY Studio
I find MyStudio to be an upgrade from my previous company, though I feel it still lacks several features. The app is user-friendly for my parents and simplifies the enrollment process. However, it presents difficulties for families with multiple children in both registration and purchasing. As a business owner, I also find it challenging to use for families with multiple children. Additionally, students and parents cannot check in using their phones. I chose MyStudio because it was more affordable and I wish it provided more options. I switched to MyStudio due to dissatisfaction with the previous product, which was not user-friendly and had poor customer service. I appreciate the vendor's response and am looking forward to the forthcoming upgrades and updates.
