  • Ease of Use and Customization: Recruiterflow is easy to learn and use. It offers customization options and the ability to submit candidates to external clients via email. Despite being a relatively new player in the market, it is focused on rolling out new features when they're ready

  • Automation and Efficiency: Recruiterflow is highly efficient in automating tedious tasks. It has features like 'recipes' and campaigns that allow users to reach out to hundreds of candidates in a short time. It also automates workflow sequences for listing potential candidates, saving time in sourcing qualified individuals

  • User-Friendly Interface: Recruiterflow boasts a modern user interface that is easy to navigate. Its email integration feature makes it very efficient, and it is designed specifically for permanent placement agencies, with built-in automation and improved candidate search and filtering.

Cons from reviewers

  • Lack of group pricing option: Despite the excellent customer support and constant updates, Recruiterflow lacks a group pricing option. This means that each additional user comes with an extra cost, which can add up quickly for larger companies

  • Limited compared to larger competitors: While Recruiterflow is a solid software, it is still relatively new and has some limitations when compared to big players like Lever or Loxo. For example, it currently lacks a mobile app

  • Glitchy and not as intuitive: Some users find Recruiterflow to be glitchy and not as intuitive as other platforms. Issues include awkward and clunky job setup and application form setup, and random invites sent out in the Monrovian time zone

  • Inconvenient data transfer process: Transferring data from LinkedIn to Recruiterflow is outdated and burdensome. Unlike most other platforms that allow a one-click data import from a LinkedIn page to their database, Recruiterflow requires users to download a PDF and then parse the information

  • Workflow differs from other ATS: Recruiterflow's workflow differs from other Applicant Tracking Systems, making it difficult to manage multiple tasks unless using several browser windows.

      Recruiterflow: Going the Extra Mile!

I had a great customer support call with a Recruiterflow representative who not only helped me fix a minor issue, but also took the time to understand how I was using the software. They updated my import function, which now allows me to add candidates faster, and also helped me improve my Advanced Searches. Recruiterflow is a company that truly works hard to earn your business, actively seeking feedback to improve their product and quickly implementing updates. They recently introduced a new text feature in campaigns. Their customer support is outstanding, I always speak with a real person, not a bot. Unlike my experience with Salesforce, I don't have to file a help ticket or wait for a call back. Recruiterflow is a growing company with everyone invested in the product's success and their clients. They are genuinely interested in problem-solving. I hope this never changes. My only wish is for them to have a group pricing option versus seats, or a lower cost for each additional user. I chose Recruiterflow.
