Streamlining Admin and Employee Tasks with Rippling
Tasks that I used to neglect, such as initiating employee onboarding or selecting benefits during open enrollment, are no longer delayed with Rippling. The software offers an easily navigable experience that can be done a page at a time, allowing me to save my progress and return later. Both the employee and admin views are easy to navigate and read. Each screen is well-designed, providing a pleasant and seamless experience without being overwhelming. So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about Rippling. I'm very satisfied with it. I switched to Rippling due to a job change, but if it had been up to me, I would have made the switch much earlier.

Rippling: A Stellar Employee Tool
I use Rippling for various tasks such as requesting time off, managing benefits, handling taxes, and checking my paycheck deductions. I am extremely satisfied with all its features. I find it very easy to navigate and the data is presented clearly and concisely. Most of my queries are easily resolved by simply logging in and searching for the relevant topic. From my perspective as an employee, this is an excellent program. I have no complaints, it's a wonderful tool. The company's decision to switch to Rippling was absolutely the right one.
