My experience with Shift4Shop's customer service and tech support has been a learning journey. They treated me with patience, offering fundamental advice like checking my spam folder. After submitting a ticket, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 24 hours. Even when my site was down, they maintained a calm and composed demeanor, which I found reassuring. I've been working with them on an issue of not receiving copies of new order emails for almost two weeks, and I appreciate their persistence in trying to resolve it. They suggested it might be due to DNS/SPF/SSL/DKIM issues and advised me to contact my domain provider. I admire their thoroughness in exploring all possible causes. I provided previous ticket numbers where the same issue was resolved by them fixing it on their end, and they were open to revisiting these solutions. I appreciate their willingness to take responsibility and their commitment to finding a solution. It's been a collaborative process and I'm confident we'll get to the bottom of it soon!
