Splashtop SOS Teams is a professional remote tool that I find very affordable. It has saved me double the cost compared to other providers. As a new one-man company, I aim to cut costs as much as possible, especially for remote support, as I don't know how often I'll need to connect to unattended installations. Some customers don't require frequent support, while others need it urgently, making travel slow, expensive, or impossible within the timeframe. There are unattended installations that I've never connected to, but I need them available for marketing and quick issue resolution. Remote control is essential for me, especially when I'm on the road and need to provide urgent support to a customer. I support both home consumers and businesses, so the support requests can be quite random. This saves me a lot of time and travel costs, keeping my customers satisfied. It was crucial for me to have unlimited unattended installations, as I was unsure about the product usage and the number of installations needed. Without this feature, I might have chosen another provider. I compared the cost of ownership from several providers and found Splashtop to be the cheapest. I don't know when I'll have 2-5 unattended installations, but

It Functioned, But
I didn't receive any complaints about the Splashtop Business Access software, so it seemed to function as expected. However, we needed an additional user and all their plans are priced per user. We decided to switch to a different provider. I was disappointed when I tried to turn off the auto-renew feature and was forced to answer a series of questions. I believe it's a poor business practice to make this process difficult and feel like a data mining exercise. While I understand their need for information, I think this reflects poorly on their company culture and how they view their customers - as mere data sources rather than valued clients deserving respect.
