    I found the sprigghr software moderately easy to use. My team had difficulties with its implementation and we had to make significant adjustments to make it fit our needs. We also noticed a lack of association with the tool, but we managed to make it work. The vendor was receptive to our feedback and offered to collaborate with us to enhance the software's value to our organization.

    Helpful, Yet Needs Some Enhancements

    I find Sprigg to be quite good and straightforward. I value its ability to modify performance reviews and its satisfactory customer service. The software is user-friendly, particularly when booking time off, and it's not overly complex. I appreciate that company documents, like the employee manual and virtual benefits booklets, are accessible to all. However, it doesn't cater to companies with alternative work schedules, such as those operating on weekends. A useful addition would be the ability to issue schedules through the software, consolidating time off requests and schedules. I prefer Sprigg over Dayforce, which I find overly complicated and have had poor customer service experiences with. Sprigg's partnership with Pivotal also led me to recommend it to our clients. The vendor responded positively, stating that an update accommodating weekends will be released soon.
