Still Unable to Refund Customers After 5 Weeks with Stripe Atlas!
For 5 weeks, I was unable to issue refunds to customers who paid via SEPA direct debit using Stripe Atlas. Despite contacting Stripe support about this issue for 4 weeks, they were unable to resolve this significant problem, causing considerable damage to my company. Many customers were left waiting for their refunds, leading to cancellations and negative reviews. Despite being assured that the issue was being addressed urgently, it remained unresolved. I was extremely disappointed with the company's inability to perform a simple function like issuing a refund. I even considered taking legal action due to the damage caused. However, after 5 weeks, the problem was finally fixed. Although I believe it took too long, I am relieved that I can now issue refunds.

Security Concerns
Stripe Atlas offers a user-friendly service, but it's too easy to use. The two-factor authentication doesn't work and there's no way to enforce it on other users, making it the least secure banking site. By default, users remain logged in for a week, and payments can be made with a single click. I logged in for the first time in weeks today and wasn't asked for multi-factor authentication.
