      We introduced semi-automated and self-serve elements to our process of informing a large group of volunteer mediators about upcoming mediations, indicating their availability, and assigning specific mediators to specific mediations using SuperSaas. We customized the SuperSaas solution to our needs, which included an extensive beta test of the entire workflow. The initial feedback from our team is that SuperSaas is saving staff time and increasing efficiency. I appreciate that SuperSaas addresses scheduling needs that aren't easily managed with most other software products. It does this more simply and inexpensively than full CMS solutions, and offers a significant amount of customization. Being able to customize an online scheduling program for various needs, along with a flexible suite of automated email/text confirmations and reminders, is a huge help and time saver. When we went live with our SuperSaas schedule, our staff and volunteers praised it for its ease of use and reliability. One of the greatest aspects of SuperSaas is its user-friendliness.

      Top-notch Booking System for Fitness Classes!

      When the COVID pandemic struck, we had to limit our Jazzercise class capacity and require advance reservations. We tried several sign-up services, but SuperSaaS was by far the favorite. It was very user-friendly and had excellent customer service. If we ever need to take reservations again, we will definitely use SuperSaaS.
