I am extremely satisfied with using Vagaro for all my business needs, including POS, scheduling, email marketing, intake forms, SOAP note forms, and more. Their Daily Deals feature has been beneficial in attracting new and existing customers. Additionally, their customer service is excellent and efficient. I am grateful for Vagaro!

I believe Vagaro is an excellent software, although it might not be essential for small businesses. It could be a more suitable choice as your business expands. It's an effective tool for managing the company's schedule and it's very user-friendly, so it can be used by anyone without any prior knowledge. However, I feel it's not completely necessary as many of its features can be found in other free apps. There are some unique features that make it stand out though. If it's not affordable, I suggest using your phone's calendar or something similar. I opted for Vagaro because it's free. The vendor responded to my review in August 2022, expressing appreciation for my feedback.
