My experience with Venmo has been absolutely fantastic. I've never had a bad experience and their customer support is excellent. The app is user-friendly and intuitive. I appreciate the convenience of using Venmo and if I ever have any issues, their customer service team is always ready to assist. I have nothing but positive things to say about Venmo, having used it for nearly 4 years.

I find Venmo incredibly easy to use, making it essential for transactions with others, whether it's lending or paying money for simple things. It's a reliable way for vendors to access credit card payments with reasonable fees. The QR code scan and effortless options to request or send payments make Venmo very user-friendly. I appreciate that many younger people are using it. However, I find the social aspect of the software a bit odd as I'm not interested in seeing what my friends are paying each other for. While it can be entertaining when people get creative with their payment descriptions, most of the feed is filled with mundane transactions like rent or groceries. I also have to be mindful about posting my purchases if they're private business transactions. I chose Venmo because it's more popular and not limited to Zelle's bank list. I switched to Venmo because it's easier and more widely used than PayPal.
