ZoomInfo
vs
Lusha
Lusha and ZoomInfo are popular platforms for sourcing B2B contacts for lead generation. As well as sales, you can use Lusha’s databases for operations, marketing, and recruitment purposes. Similarly, in addition to its SalesOS, ZoomInfo offers a suite of data-related products and services, including MarketingOS, TalentOS, and OperationsOS. There are, however, two key differences between Lusha and ZoomInfo to consider.
The first is their pricing models. Lusha offers an affordable option for SMEs, with pricing details openly available on its website. While Lusha has a free plan, the platform charges per user for its paid plans, which can add up for larger teams. In contrast, users need to contact ZoomInfo for pricing information. Reviews and third-party sites indicate ZoomInfo’s pricing may align more with enterprise-level budgets and doesn’t offer a free plan. Both platforms operate a credits system, using up credits when you export a contact. For example, Lusha’s free plan includes 5...

vs
Apollo.io
ZoomInfo and Apollo are sales engagement platforms offering B2B contact data for lead generation. You can also use them to create and send out personalized email sequences to contacts. However, one of the key differences between them is the scope of their DNC (Do Not Call) list scrubbing. DNC list scrubbing is essential for flagging and removing numbers that have opted out of sales and marketing phone calls. It’s vital to comply with DNC legislation to reduce the risk of your business risks facing significant fines.
ZoomInfo incorporates data from DNC lists from the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, and New Zealand. In contrast, Apollo’s DNC list scrubbing feature is in beta and provides data for DNC lists in the US and UK. Depending on where your prospective customers are based, this may be an important consideration when choosing the right platform for your business. The other crucial difference between ZoomInfo and Apollo is their pricing approaches....

Crunchbase
Crunchbase and ZoomInfo are both prominent data intelligence platforms, but they serve users’ needs in different ways. Crunchbase is primarily recognized for its comprehensive information on startups, venture capital (VC) firms, and individual investors. This makes it particularly suitable for entrepreneurs seeking investment, VCs tracking investment opportunities, and corporates looking for acquisition targets. Its interface is designed to provide deep insights into the startup ecosystem, offering data on recent funding rounds, key investors, and industry trends.
On the other hand, ZoomInfo is designed with sales and marketing professionals in mind. It provides access to a vast database of businesses and business professionals, which is ideal for B2B sales teams looking for leads, market researchers conducting industry analysis, and recruitment teams searching for potential candidates. ZoomInfo excels in its real-time business data and insights, aiding in targeted marketing and...

Costly Pill to Swallow, but the Cure is Effective!
I think ZoomInfo is fantastic - the demos are valuable and the product is top-notch. The pricing can be a bit steep, but the return on investment comes quickly. The software simply works! From intent to insight, to finding contact details and automation, the process is seamless and accurate. It's always one of my top picks when building a software stack. However, I find the pricing a bit frustrating - I'd rather see the actual price upfront instead of being enticed with a price that's going to drop by 40% anyway. More credits would always be beneficial, and different payment terms for startups would be appreciated when trying to bootstrap. I chose ZoomInfo SalesOS because of my multiple positive experiences with ZoomInfo, it's always at the top of my list.

DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS!
I absolutely adore ZoomInfo. They offer a trial period initially to see if it suits your needs and they are very flexible with their pricing if that's a concern. I would strongly recommend it for staffing or recruiting firms. We simply couldn't operate without ZoomInfo, it has had a significant impact on our business. It's user-friendly and they are adaptable with their pricing. There are numerous excellent add-ons for your account, and we love the ability to search millions of companies and obtain direct work line and mobile dials plus work emails. It has greatly assisted our recruiters in directly reaching numerous hiring managers. Although the pricing is somewhat high, you definitely get what you pay for! We believe it's completely worth it and we have no issue investing money to expand our business. We opted for ZoomInfo without considering any other product, and we're delighted we did!
