      APS Payroll and Hiring: Unmatched Ease and Efficiency

      I use APS-Payroll to handle payroll and new hire issues. It greatly simplifies the onboarding process for our representatives, to the extent that I can't envision returning to our previous software. It also makes troubleshooting payroll problems, like when a representative doesn't receive their pay card or direct deposit, much easier. I value the user-friendliness of this product - even new hires can quickly grasp it. I also appreciate that they consistently update and enhance the software to keep pace with technological changes. APS appears to be leading the way in software development, so I never have to worry about using slow or outdated software for hiring or payroll. This is an excellent product that anyone can use, which is a significant selling point for any business owner. I don't want to invest a lot of time and money training HR and payroll teams on software, and APS keeps those costs to a minimum.

      Exploring APS Payroll: A User's Perspective

      I've been extremely disappointed with APS Payroll's product and support, except for the actual payroll processing. The implementation was a disaster and even after a year of use, our benefits administration is still not fully functional because APS can't configure some of our products, which are not unusual. The support is excellent in some areas but appalling in others. I'm considering looking for another payroll and HRIS after the new year. The payroll processing is very straightforward and easy, but there's a significant lack of support, starting from the implementation. I was also sold a product that couldn't deliver what I was promised. I chose APS Payroll because of the promises of a superior and cheaper product. I switched to APS Payroll because I was seeking a newer and more user-friendly software. I appreciate the vendor's response and their plan to forward my feedback to their VP of Client Services.

      Outstanding Value with APS Payroll

      APS Payroll has greatly enhanced our company's operations. Our records are now more comprehensive and our reporting is more precise. We've also managed to save more than a day in payroll processing time. The standout feature of APS is their outstanding customer service. Every employee has been excellent in providing solutions quickly. APS Payroll also tracks time and automates the time entry process, a feature we didn't have with our previous provider. We have staff at multiple locations and APS offers various options for clocking in/out. We were able to provide "time clocks" to each location with minimal start-up costs. The user interface is very intuitive and most of our users were able to learn how to use APS in less than a day. The only issue we've encountered is with the linking of the tablets when using the tablet app. At two locations, the tablets occasionally unlink for unknown reasons. However, the fix is simple and can be done by the average user. We chose APS Payroll because it offered similar features.
