I can't identify any negatives. It's my preferred application for remote monitoring and management. I opted for ConnectWise ScreenConnect due to its superior value for the performance and features it offers. While TeamViewer is a decent tool, it's overpriced. I switched to ConnectWise ScreenConnect from Splashtop, which was cheaper but had too many issues, as it seemed more stable and feature-rich.

Right after signing the contract, they updated their pricing structure which was a surprise, but it's understandable considering the quality of the software. There have been times when I've had to reach out to their support team and while the response time may vary, they always ensure to close the tickets once they've been addressed. It's a unique approach to customer service that keeps you on your toes! What really impressed me was their business strategy. After a year, they directly approach your customers, offering them lower contracts. It's a bold move that shows their confidence in their product and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Yes, the prices do go back to normal after a year, but it's a great way to give customers a taste of their excellent service at a discounted rate. I would definitely recommend considering a partnership with them. It's been a rollercoaster of an experience, but one that has taught me a lot and has ultimately benefited my clients. This has been one of my most memorable experiences to date!
