      I've been using Cornerstone products for three years in two different companies and I'm consistently impressed with its overall functionality. The more modules I use, the more impressive the analytics and data integration become. Even with just the Learning and Performance modules, it's a fantastic tool for talent and learning administration and reporting. The interface has become increasingly user-friendly over time, and the new Universal Profile and system updates have given it a familiar, easy-to-navigate feel. Cornerstone has also moved towards a more visual, image-based interface, although some pages are still being updated for consistency. I particularly appreciate the reporting options in the system. Custom reports can be a bit tricky to get used to, but once I understand the system and the data, I can extract a wealth of information. The recent addition of graph-building in custom reports has made data analysis even easier. The system is also very easy for admins to navigate. While maintaining security and permission roles can be a bit complex, it's straightforward.

      Cornerstone OnDemand: High on Features, Low on Customer Care!

      As a customer, I feel that Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) doesn't prioritize my needs after I've signed up for their service. Their main focus appears to be on developing new features and promoting them through their "Customer Support" team. Once I become a client, I feel like I quickly become less important as they move on to the next customer. When I need support or something in my system needs fixing, getting a prompt response from their tech support team is difficult. My team and I have experienced delays of over two weeks just to get a response. The same delay applies when we reply to their responses. We've tried calling for faster service, but the average wait time is 40 minutes - I've even waited 90 minutes once! When I try to complain, there's no mechanism to take my feedback. I feel unimportant once the system is fully implemented, despite CSOD being one of the coolest and most powerful Learning Management Systems (LMS) available.
