The data availability and precision are exceptional, and there's high-level support for crucial strategic questions. Kochava is receptive to new ideas and features, which are prioritized and potentially incorporated into their roadmap. Initially, the sheer number of adjustable features was overwhelming and the terminology wasn't always intuitive, but the onboarding process was excellent and the support team is quick to respond when in doubt. There are still a few bugs and missing functionalities in the software, but these are professionally addressed when brought up. For example, bugs that can't be resolved on the customer side are managed by the dedicated support team, and workarounds are suggested for missing functionalities.
