Superior Alternatives Available in the Market
The support for ProntoForms is awful and the product itself is clunky, requiring constant work-arounds. I think there are much better solutions out there. We spent a lot of time figuring out these work-arounds, and by the time we had put in so much effort, we were too deep into the process to back out, even though we realized it wasn't a great solution. It needed constant monitoring and added overhead. I would recommend not signing a contract until they can prove it can meet your needs seamlessly, otherwise, you might end up disappointed. They might tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign, but then fail to deliver. I suggest making them build a demo first, otherwise, you might find yourself lost. The sales team made promises about requiring little management overhead, which they couldn't deliver. We chose TrueContext (formerly ProntoForms) because it was supposed to be easy to set up.

I find ProntoForms to be a good software so far. It's worth trying and using for the seamless activities of my ground team. It aids in building inspection and desktop evaluation workflows and efficiently captures data. The app is highly flexible and comes with numerous customizing features, adding value to my work. It integrates well with other apps and platforms without any major issues. The software automates workflows through streamlined field service management. It's designed to implement hassle-free work activities for my ground or field team in various manufacturing and service ecosystems. The app never slows down or lags and works efficiently in offline and hybrid modes. It's scalable and flexible to my needs. All my back office work, systems, and processes are uniformly managed with its work order system, which works flawlessly for all businesses. However, the app undergoes frequent updates and sends a lot of push notifications, which sometimes clutter my mobile interface. I believe more form building features could be added as enhancement and utility features.
