Exploring Pulseway: Top-Notch UI and Functionality with Room for Improvement

I've been using Pulseway and several similar systems, and I find Pulseway's user interface and functionality to be superior. While there's always room for improvement in any software, I appreciate that they are constantly working on stable and useful updates. I'm hopeful about its future. My Solution Specialist representative is always helpful and a pleasure to work with. Since version 6.0, there have been significant improvements, especially in the organization of logins and systems, which is now much simpler to use. The integration for antivirus and third-party patches is a fantastic feature. However, there are a few issues. Occasionally, the service times out and disconnects from the server, necessitating a restart. I'm unable to save or find the Webroot product ID in Pulseway and have to log into the Webroot dashboard to locate it. I also believe it needs a feature to quickly identify the primary user of each system.

Exploring Pulseway's Potential with ICT Empire

I am overall satisfied with Pulseway, having considered other RMM providers. It's easy to implement and use, with a clean and user-friendly interface. I appreciate the patch management and am excited to try out the other features. After reading their Security Policy white papers, I feel confident that my clients' data is secure. What I value most is Pulseway's responsiveness - they're always open to feedback and continuously update and add new features. I haven't encountered any significant issues yet, and they're always ready to assist. I would like to see ESET integrated into Pulseway, which they're currently considering. I chose Pulseway for its great value for money, easy implementation, and excellent support team. Unlike other providers, they never refuse assistance based on policy, which I find invaluable.

Pulseway - Simply Brilliant and User-Friendly!

I've been utilizing Pulseway for nearly a year and I'm extremely satisfied with it. Even my coworker finds it comprehensible. The installation is straightforward and it's easy to familiarize oneself with the agents and advanced features. The mobile app is outstanding. However, I believe there should be more support for Linux based systems to centralize modifications. At present, this is done manually through a config file in Linux. I would prefer the option to make all changes centrally. I opted for Pulseway due to its user-friendliness, cost, capability, and visionary approach.
