I appreciate how SugarCRM provides reports and dashboards that are easy to understand. It ensures data and information security and allows me to manage different campaigns, create unique ones, and get a comprehensive view of them with ease. However, I am concerned about its overall cost, which may not be affordable for small organizations. Despite this, I believe it's worth the investment. We chose SugarCRM because it has a strong customer support team and is less expensive compared to other products.
