Exploring VidCruiter: A Must-Try for Businesses
I strongly recommend VidCruiter to other businesses. It's a great tool for tracking applicants, candidates, and new hires. I especially value the feature that allows me to rate applicants within the system. However, I recently encountered an issue where I couldn't select any positions on the rating tab to access the interview guide. The vendor responded to my concern, explaining that either a team member changed the status of the position, restricting my access, or the position was disabled, making it ineligible for further ratings. They suggested I reach out to a system administrator to either reactivate the position or adjust my permission level. They also offered help through the platform's chat feature or via my dedicated VidCruiter Client Success Manager.

Efficient Time-Saver with Exceptional Customer Support
The standout feature of VidCruiter for me is the customer service. The platform is excellent, but it's the staff's knowledge and their willingness to listen to our needs that sets it apart. They are quick to assist candidates with video issues, which are usually due to internet speed or user error, not the system itself. Their helpfulness and connectivity make working with them a pleasure. The software is easy to implement and includes hands-on, personalized training, not just a tutorial video. A human being interacts with you to understand the process and flow you want. My clients love the system and it saves us a lot of time. Candidates appreciate the speed at which they can present their information to the client, which also saves me a lot of time on the phone. From an agency perspective, I wish it had more Applicant Tracking System (ATS) features for candidates. There are workarounds, but it would be great to have a central point to move.

VidCruiter: Streamlining International Hiring and Secure Information Sharing
I use VidCruiter to service two different countries, Canada and the Caribbean. It allows me to give other company members access to applicant information without full software access. When I post a job, it also appears on Indeed. However, I couldn't perform a word search on the collected resumes. The vendor responded to my feedback, thanked me, and informed me that their platform does have a resume parsing feature for keyword searches. They offered to train me on this feature and encouraged me to contact them with any further questions.
