My overall experience with Wingman by Clari has been extremely positive. I find it user-friendly and easy to navigate. It automatically logs my calls, meetings, emails, and other activities, creating an automated sales record. It integrates well with popular CRM systems and has strong tracking capabilities, allowing me to monitor sales performance across multiple channels. It also features an automated meeting scheduling tool. This software simplifies tracking my sales activities, managing my accounts, and setting up calls with prospects and clients, helping me close deals faster. Some drawbacks include a lack of customization and reporting features, but these are compensated by its easy setup process and user-friendly interface. It also offers unique features like automated meeting scheduling and advanced tracking capabilities.

Affordable and Impressive!
Sushma was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries. The support team was also fantastic and very responsive! The product is extremely user-friendly. The onboarding process was quick thanks to their concise, informative videos that guide you on how to use the system. My favorite part of the system is reviewing the calls and categorizing parts of the calls to assist with sales onboarding and overall sales team improvement when dealing with objections. I firmly believe it can be used not only for sales teams, but for every client-facing department. The transcript could use a bit of improvement. I chose Clari Copilot because it's much cheaper, but still has the most important features such as keywords (topics), game tampes, filters, etc.

An Exceptional Digital Sidekick
Wingman has significantly reduced my work-related stress. I no longer have to worry about my notes being incoherent or missing information when people speak too quickly. I can now fully participate in my calls and revisit any missed information later. The integration process was seamless and our clients understand why we use Wingman. It has been instrumental in reviving stalled projects and understanding complex client needs. The ability to replay and transcribe provides me with flexibility for all client needs. However, I wish there was a simpler way to inform people that Wingman is a note-taking app, not a person. Perhaps changing the name in Zoom to "Wingman note-taker" could help. I chose Wingman over Clari Copilot because it was less expensive.
