      I've been using ISL Light for several years now and I find it incredibly user-friendly. I can easily access all my servers with a simple double-click. For remote, ad-hoc support, I just direct my client to a website, provide them with a code, and we're operational in no time. This is much simpler than having people install an app first, then provide me with a code and password. The only minor issue I've faced is occasional inability to copy/paste between my host machine and the remote machine, which could be due to restrictions on my Mac. I switched to ISL Light primarily because of its affordability compared to Teamviewer's high ongoing costs. It also offers better functionality, as Teamviewer requires software installation before support can be provided, which not all clients understand how to do.
