Managing multiple brands and products is easy, as I can view them all at once or individually. The affordability of Loomly makes it easy to get management approval. My only suggestion for improvement would be the option to hide certain features, like the target audience tab, if they're not in use. However, this is a minor issue, and I know how to bypass it if necessary. I switched to Loomly for its superior user experience, ease of use, and greater flexibility and control.

Loving Loomly So Much, I'm Using it Twice Over
I've been using Loomly for my side business for over a year and recently started using it at my main job. Our Marketing Manager loves it as it saves her from having to switch between different social media accounts. I find the calendar view feature especially useful. I was impressed by the customer service, both during the initial onboarding and when I had a question about my account. The chat response was very quick. This is the first social media organizing software that I find intuitive. I enjoy using it and appreciate the multiple views, the ability to connect various social media platforms, and the option to customize and schedule each post. However, the Instagram integration isn't perfect yet, as we have to manually publish some posts, which can be frustrating. But they are working on improving this. I switched to Loomly mainly because of its user-friendly interface and excellent customer service. The CEO of Loomly responded to my review, confirming that they are working on the Instagram issue and offering further assistance.
