Todoist
vs
Notion
Notion and Todoist are excellent productivity tools that enable you to create, manage, and prioritize tasks easily. Their collaboration features help your team share information and communicate with each other, streamlining your tasks and projects. However, there is a notable difference between them regarding the scope of their application and related features. Todoist is a dedicated task manager with a focus on to-do lists. It lets you organize, label, and break down tasks and filter them by priority. You can create customized to-do lists using projects, sub-projects, tasks, and sub-tasks.
Compared to Todoist, Notion is a versatile, all-in-one productivity solution that goes beyond to-do lists. You can also use it to create company wikis, content calendars, and websites. Notion provides a more granular, detailed view of tasks. It also includes powerful note-taking features, including database creation, and generally more advanced features that support complex task and project...

Both platforms let you assign and prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and add notes, ensuring your team is always on the same page. While they share some common features, several key differences may guide your decision about the best platform for your business.
The primary difference between Asana and Todoist is the scope of their features. Todoist is a dedicated task manager, while Asana offers broader project management functionality. Exploring the Exciting Features and Challenges of Todoist
I'm thrilled to be using Todoist, a software that offers a feature called Track Habit. Although I've encountered some challenges connecting to it, I'm optimistic that this long-standing issue will be resolved soon. I appreciate that the company keeps their roadmap and popular features under wraps, it adds an element of surprise and anticipation. I'm confident that this strategy will pay off for them in the long run.

Annoying Inbox Limit for Paid Subscribers on Todoist.
I find Todoist to be quite good, but I'm disappointed that the Inbox is limited to only 3 tasks, including subtasks. Sometimes, I want to add a lot of tasks and subtasks to the Inbox and sort them into projects later, but I keep hitting the 3 task limit. As a paid subscriber, I'm surprised that this limit exists.

An Indispensable Task Management Tool for Individuals and Teams!
I find Todoist to be a pleasure to use and I highly recommend it, particularly as a starting app for teams. It has multiple features that make it user-friendly. The mobile app is minimalistic and easy to navigate. Setting up tasks, sub-tasks, adding members, communicating with the team, and managing projects is very straightforward. On Android, there's even a widget for directly adding tasks to the app. The web app is just as capable, boasting nearly all the features of the Android app. However, as a freemium service, Todoist does require users to pay for premium services and limits free users to 5 active projects, 5 collaborators per project, and 5 MB file uploads. I chose Todoist because of its ease of use and superior user interfaces. I switched to Todoist because I found its user interface easier to use.

Simply Effective
I find Todoist to be highly efficient, doing everything I need and nothing I don't. There are occasional minor issues, but they're not overly bothersome. I particularly appreciate the option to use it for free with almost no limitations, as most of the necessary features are available without payment.
