Powerful Digital Adoption Solution with WalkMe
I find WalkMe to be an extremely useful tool for customer self-onboarding. It has greatly sped up our onboarding process for new customers, allowing our Customer Success team to concentrate on renewals and expansions with our existing clients. WalkMe provides a plethora of features, enabling us to create walkthroughs and other types of dynamic user education. I especially value its ease of integration with external content like videos, help desk articles, and webpages into our custom walkthroughs. One of the standout features of WalkMe is its ability to let our Customer Success and UX teams execute detailed user education without the need for extensive involvement from our engineering team. In my experience, user education often takes a backseat to new feature development and bug fixes. With WalkMe, we can swiftly implement changes without the need to involve the entire company. However, WalkMe is a comprehensive platform and mastering all its functionalities can be time-consuming. Unless you're skilled in JavaScript and CSS, you might find it challenging to get the jQuery selectors.

Timely Performance Support with WalkMe
The customer support and sales team at WalkMe have been excellent in helping me understand the potential benefits of the software. I'm currently considering a pilot program, which I'm hopeful about, as I believe it could lead to widespread use across the enterprise. I particularly appreciate two aspects of WalkMe. First, its overall mission of enhancing user experience and providing guidance when needed. Second, its ease of use for non-technical individuals like myself to create any type of WalkMe function. However, I found it more suitable for form-based applications than complex non-linear ones. Some applications we wanted to use it for were too intricate for beginner authors to significantly impact the end users. I value the vendor's response and their commitment to providing resources and templates to maximize the use of their platform. I'm excited about the potential of working with WalkMe to address our digital adoption challenges.
