      I have a very positive impression of CentraHub CRM. It offers a tailored solution for real estate, including a visual interface of inventory that's been sold, booked, and reserved. It also has an excellent set of project management tools that simplify our daily tasks. The software keeps everything in check, alerting the relevant departments with necessary notifications and approvals. CentraHub has an amazing team, with one individual in particular playing a crucial role in finalizing our deal and assisting with implementation and API training. The software's Restful APIs are user-friendly and can easily connect with third-party applications, which has allowed us to integrate with our ERP and other internal tools. However, the user interface could use some improvement, and the default integration plugins with property portals are limited. A graphical interface view for workflows would be beneficial for managing complexities. I chose CentraHub CRM because it offers great functionalities, similar to Salesforce CRM, but at a much more affordable price.

      CentraHub CRM: A User's Perspective on Focus-9

      After the implementation team completed their tasks, I noticed a lack of customer support for further customization and essential changes required for the software. This became evident during usage and analysis. The software is user-friendly and cost-effective for small and medium-sized businesses. We were promised features of Focus-9, but we are still only able to use the features of Focus-8. We opted for CentraHub CRM because we were impressed by a demo of its features when we purchased the Focus RT Software. In 2019, we transitioned to Focus-9 when we launched our first retail store in Dubai Mall. Regrettably, no one from the technical team in the UAE offices has addressed the various issues with the reports and discrepancies in the output of the existing reports. The support from the local UAE team has been very disappointing. We switched to CentraHub CRM due to the absence of VAT, the inability to apply landed cost to inventory, and the inability to capture levels of data related to sales and expenses.
