      I use Trustmary to automate as much as possible, sending both automated and manual NPS questionnaires and receiving weekly reports on our NPS performance. I trust their customer service to assist me if any issues come up. Trustmary operates quietly in the background, providing valuable service once it's set up. I value how the Trustmary team listens to feedback and constantly improves the product. The software was already good when I started using it a year ago, but it has significantly improved and become more versatile since then. I find it easy to use and automate. At first, it seemed a bit too simple, but it has greatly improved over the past year. The vendor responded to my feedback, saying that solving real problems for customers was their motivation for creating the software. They plan to keep listening to customers and improving the software. They have recently doubled their development resources, so I anticipate even more improvements in the future.
