      I find TurboHire to be a decent Applicant Tracking System (ATS), but I feel it could use more fields. I also recommend introducing regular surveys to collect user feedback. The software's job and resume uploading and feedback capture features are user-friendly. However, I believe there should be a feature to send reminder emails to the panel if they haven't given feedback. Right now, we have to remind them verbally or through email, which takes up a lot of time. I switched to TurboHire because I believed it had superior features.
