As our team grew, we needed a productivity boost and found the perfect all-in-one solution in Lark. We use its attendance feature to track our field workers, create collaborative documents, and conduct team meetings via video conferencing. I appreciate that Lark provides all necessary tools in one place, reducing our reliance on other apps. Its mobile app is robust, offering the same experience as the desktop version. Lark is user-friendly and easy to set up, with features like searchable chat history, rich media support, and one-click video calls making communication effortless. Despite being free, it offers an impressive range of features. However, the multitude of features can sometimes be overwhelming, especially for teams with specific use cases. As a relatively new product, it occasionally has bugs, but tech support is quick to resolve these. The video conferencing can sometimes lag, particularly during screen sharing or using the "Magicshare" feature. We chose Lark because of its cost.

Your Ultimate Collaboration Tool!
Lark is a fantastic collaboration and communication software for businesses that I've been using with my team. Unlike other apps, it includes almost everything we need such as private and team chats, forums, video conferencing, email, a survey creator, task lists, and a team calendar. This saves us time and possibly money as we don't have to switch between different apps for different needs. It's an all-in-one app! I can communicate with my team directly through various mediums, and even create and send surveys. We've been using Lark for over a year now, and it has continually improved and added new features. It's a great alternative to Skype or Zoom, with better virtual backgrounds for video calls. It took some time to get used to it as it's fairly new, but it has become intuitive over time. We switched to Lark because our previous apps didn't have all the features we needed.
