I find Lucidchart to be a helpful tool for creating diagrams, especially for our software and database models. It's generally user-friendly and powerful, but it does have some bugs that need to be addressed. I value the control it provides me over the look of my diagrams and the ease with which my team and I can collaborate on them. However, I've encountered problems with the app not loading correctly, forcing me to close the browser tab and reopen it. This can be quite annoying and has even caused me to quit using the app at times. I switched to Lucidchart because it provides controls specifically designed for the type of diagrams we need to produce.
