Outstanding Software: Profit.co

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Profit.co and plan to continue my relationship with them. This product is excellent for companies that are new to OKRs. The step-by-step guide to setting OKRs has simplified the process for my employees. The customer service is exceptional, they are constantly improving their services and are open to feedback on any updates they make. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure that the system meets our needs. However, the system can be a bit complex for new users. There is a lot of functionality and without a tutorial, it can be overwhelming at first. I would recommend some kind of automated walk-through for new users. I chose Profit.co because it's a cleaner product, has a better price, and they were willing to help meet our company's needs. The vendor responded appreciatively to my feedback in March 2021.

Remarkable Profit.co Software

The software is intuitive and I was able to see its value almost immediately. The support provided is exceptional and the application is easy to learn and set up for my company. It offers a variety of templates to speed up entry and provides examples for replication. There are many reporting options that offer visibility at the employee, department, and organization levels. The integration with MS Teams makes it easy for people to check-in and update their KRs. The customer onboarding and ongoing service is excellent, with a proactive team dedicated to ensuring successful implementation. The online help and training resources are also very helpful. So far, I have no complaints, everything is going well and I can see the value from day one. It integrates with several third-party products like Jira & Excel. However, it doesn't integrate with MS Power BI, which would be a great addition for us. I chose Profit.co because of its price and high overall scores on Capterra.

Excellent OKR, Attentive to Customer Needs, Continual Improvement with Responsive Teams

In my view, Profit is the top OKR system out there, providing a cost-effective alternative to Excel and Emails. It's suitable for all team sizes, boasting fully customizable and scalable features. Profit OKR is all-inclusive - it's consistently updated with new features, is reasonably priced, and is supported by a reliable team. Before switching to Profit, I used another OKR platform that was restrictive, had poor support, and didn't allow us to present our OKR results as we wished. When that company sold their service, I had to find a new one. After testing several OKR platforms, I found Profit to have the most user-friendly interface with plenty of customization options. The Profit team was always accessible and responsive. The engineering team was receptive to feedback and even incorporated my requested features into the platform. They continued to provide support even after the initial setup, answering minor questions and offering advice on OKR structures and methodologies. The platform offers many features, which can be slightly overwhelming.
