As an admin, setting up new users can be complicated and I can't do it without notes, but this could be more related to my company's policies than the software itself. Reimbursing expenses is simple and practical. However, the online booking feature can be time-consuming. When I select flights and try to book, another screen appears with alternative flights, which extends the process.

My overall experience with SAP Concur has been positive. It has simplified my company's travel management activities, reducing the need for a large travel office. Most activities are now managed directly by the employees. The integration with the SAP ERP system allows us to send data in real time to our Finance/Controlling office. The best feature is the ability for each employee to independently book travel, speeding up the process and reducing the effort required by the travel manager. However, I believe the user interface could be simplified.

Overall, I find that Concur performs its job well. Over time, I've picked up a few tricks that make it easier to use. While the user interface isn't the most intuitive, I've noticed SAP's efforts to improve it, which gives me hope for the future. I've been using this tool for many years, creating and approving 1-4 reports per month, and I've developed an efficient system for managing expenses. I would appreciate more features to assist with my reports, such as templates for regular expenses. For instance, if I have a recurring bill, it would be helpful to mark it as a template and copy it into my future reports, only needing to adjust the receipt image or entry date. This would save me a lot of time. SAP Concur is a standard tool in the industry, and its features and functions justify its market share. I value the seamless integration with apps I regularly use for business travel, like Lyft, Uber, and our travel agency app.
