Surprised by the Negative Reviews on BrowserStack
I'm surprised by the negative reviews regarding their billing practices and I empathize with those who have had frustrating experiences. However, my experience has been positive. This is a great interface for testing how my website appears on different devices, something I couldn't do without them. My only issue is that my site doesn't load on some of the test results, which I suspect may be due to my site's load speed. I plan to optimize my website's load time and then revisit this review. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

I'm absolutely thrilled with BrowserStack! I've been using my subscription quite sparingly due to the unique pace of the Live Testing feature, which gave me ample time to use my credits. Even when I'm not actively using Live Testing, the app continues to run, ensuring I'm always connected. What I find particularly impressive is the security of my payment/card details. Once entered, they can't be manually removed - you have to contact support, which adds an extra layer of safety. Plus, there's no direct cancellation option, everything requires contacting their dedicated support team. This ensures that any changes to my account are handled professionally and securely. If you're considering testing this product, go for it! You might end up pleasantly surprised. Just remember, their support team is always there to assist you with any queries or concerns.

Decent Product Experience with BrowserStack
The product itself is okay, but the speed isn't great and there are issues connecting local builds to their phones. We've been using it for automated cross-browser tests, which have been unreliable at times, causing build pipelines to fail. This has improved slightly over the past year, but we've recently started exceeding our automated testing minutes on the basic plan, which has never happened before. I suspect they've reduced the available minutes without lowering the plan's price. I've also noticed a significant price increase for the next plan they suggest we switch to - it's gone up by about 1% in two years. I regret spending so much time setting up an automated test environment with their service, given the fluctuating product quality and price. I wouldn't recommend getting too involved with any service or company that increases its prices by 1% in such a short time, regardless of their reasons.
