Superior Workflow Management with Kissflow
Overall, Kissflow has satisfied our company's needs and they are continuously enhancing the software. The support they offer is unmatched and once the workflow processes are established, the customer experience is quite smooth and predictable. However, there are some limitations such as limited API support, the need for improved notifications and reminders, and the time-consuming process of building conditions into the workflows due to its no-code environment. We transitioned to Kissflow from DocuSign because it didn't have the workflow management functionality we required.
