So when I’m ready to move from "Who do we want to target?" To "Emails are sending out now" — That's where Apollo.io comes in to replace lemlist. I will make my lead list, I'll enrich those leads with verified emails, and I will put them into Sequences so follow ups happen on their own while replies get tied back to that one record. Teams who still use calls (which most do) Apollo.io has built-in dialing through its In Browser Dialer which can be added into sequences as a separate action — thus eliminating making "call tasks" after the fact. I think this is cool because the free version of Apollo.io has monthly email credits plus the chrome extension so building lists quickly becomes realistic without having to purchase data elsewhere.
Salesforge
Salesforge is the one I reach for when deliverability mechanics matter more than fancy personalization blocks. The Pro plan is priced at $40/month and includes unlimited mailboxes, unlimited premium warm-up (via Warmforge), and a hard cap defined as 1,000 “Active Contacts in Sequence” plus 5,000 emails/month. On Growth ($80/month), I get Smart Mailbox Rotation, Dynamic IPs, and “Unlimited Email & LinkedIn Senders,” which is tailored for high-volume outbound.
Breakcold
Breakcold wins for me when outreach is inseparable from pipeline work. The entry plan (“CRM Essentials”) is $29/user/month and already includes unlimited contacts, unlimited pipelines/custom fields/deals, and “Unlimited Email Accounts & Unibox.” Where it feels different from lemlist is the automation bias: it advertises automatically moving leads and automatically creating tasks, plus “Manage from 7+ platforms (incl. LinkedIn)” so I’m not bouncing between tabs just to follow up.

For SDR managers, I like that calling is a first-class workflow via the Apollo Dialer, and it’s explicitly designed to be used inside sequences for task creation and prioritization. If you’re migrating from lemlist because list quality and enrichment speed are the bottleneck (not email-template artistry), Apollo’s “database-to-engagement” flow is what makes it feel like a real replacement rather than a sidegrade.

It’s also a practical option when LinkedIn is part of the day-to-day workflow, because it explicitly claims I can manage from multiple platforms including LinkedIn, instead of treating social touches as an external task list. If lemlist feels too campaign-centric and you want CRM-centric execution, Breakcold is the more natural home base.
