As a System Administrator, I value the high degree of control I have over the continuous configuration changes required to keep the system up-to-date. The customer care team is incredibly responsive whenever I need support for more significant issues. I have regular meetings with our Customer Success Manager to ensure we're making the most of all the new features and adopting best practices. The application process is easy to construct, ensuring we gather all necessary information while making it simple for candidates to apply. The role-based permission profiles let us tailor the system to each internal user's role in the recruitment process. The system can automatically generate Microsoft Teams interview links for remote candidates. The mobile app could use some enhancements, but most users access Oleeo on a laptop or PC.
