My experience with Oleeo has been quite enjoyable so far. I've had many positive interactions with different individuals who have taken the time to listen, explain, and create practical solutions for our recruitment process needs. This is one of the most adaptable ATS systems I've used, with the provider being able to customize it to our unique user experience and application flow. The system's ability to manage multiple decisions for multiple streams has saved us time and allowed for a lot of automation, which in turn increases our efficiency. However, some of the configuration can be complex and time-consuming to initially set up. It's necessary to invest time in planning and scoping what you need before any supplier sessions, as they need to know a lot of details before building anything for you.

WCN Implementation: A Game-Changer for the Recruiting Team
Using Oleeo to create superdays and other off-campus interview schedules has been a game changer for my team. It's relatively seamless and saves us a lot of time. The system is efficient and user-friendly for both candidates and recruiters. However, there are some minor functionalities that could be improved. For example, when creating a superday in Oleeo, there's no feature to generate a resume book in the order of the schedule for each interviewer, which results in extra manual work for recruiters. These are minor issues that could be easily resolved if the company prioritizes them.
