Top-notch CRM for Small Businesses - Effortless to Operate!
I've experimented with numerous CRMs, but they often appear too intricate for small businesses that only require basic features. Most CRMs are designed for larger corporations with specific needs and necessitate a programmer for setup. However, I found Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) easy to set up independently and was using it within minutes of subscribing. I particularly appreciate the task and pipeline features, which simplify organization and task prioritization. My only gripe is the subpar connection with my emails - I use Office 365 Outlook and the connection process is less than ideal, though feasible. I opted for LACRM due to its cost, user-friendliness, straightforward setup, and functionality.

Excellent for Contract Management and Streamlined Invoicing
I use HoneyBook for its valuable contracts and simplified invoicing. I like the auto-billing and recurring billing features, but I'm not satisfied with the high transaction fees. I've noticed that competitors offer faster deposits. Despite the addition of many new features to the software, I've had difficulty learning the initial project features to utilize the new smartfile features. Hiring a professional to assist is too costly. The invoicing platform is user-friendly and the CRM helps me manage contacts and specifics. The contract templates meet my needs perfectly. However, payments take longer to deposit compared to other platforms. The pipeline and smart file features are complicated and even after two years, I'm still not using them. My clients also don't appreciate the notifications on every change within their project. I initially chose HoneyBook thinking I could use the project management platform, but it wasn't up to par so I switched to BaseCamp instead. I often use Square for invoicing because the fees are lower.

Experiencing Premium Service with Birdeye: A Worthwhile Investment
I'm currently enjoying a premium package with Birdeye, which is slightly more than the basic price, but it's absolutely worth it for the value it provides! They've been so attentive to my needs, even going as far as to refund one of my payments when there was a minor hiccup. I'm eagerly awaiting a further £5 credit, which I'm confident they'll process soon.
