  Before discovering Honeybook, payment processing was a challenge for me. I now appreciate the automated convenience it provides. I simply set my templates and it handles the rest, sending invoices, reminders, and keeping everything organized. It even auto-deposits funds into my account, which is crucial for my business. Running my own business can be overwhelming, especially when clients contract via email and forms through my website.   I've had a pretty positive experience with Honeybook. As a freelancer, it gives me all the tools I need to present my services to my clients and secure bookings. It's user-friendly, customizable, and also easy for my clients to navigate. I value the project portals where all information is accessible for my clients and emails are sent directly to them. The invoicing process is simple and provides my clients with a clear, concise copy for their records. However, editing certain aspects for a client, like payment dates or legal terms, can be a bit challenging if you include the contract with the invoice in the proposal template. I opted for HoneyBook because it was more affordable. My trial period went smoothly, I found the video tutorials helpful, and I was able to operate everything on my first try, so I didn't see a need to switch.
