Sales Hub: Empowering Sales Team Growth and Detail Management
We needed to onboard a large number of salespeople and integrate with Linkedin Sales Pro. We found that Hubspot Sales Hub integrated well with our marketing hub and CRM, all of which are HubSpot. It offered a rich amount of integration, making it easy to use across multiple platforms. It was easy to use and set up, and simple for our new salespeople to learn. It allowed us to customize by adding specific attributes and creating custom stages and workflows. However, we found it a bit expensive and not suitable for a small sales team. We chose HubSpot Sales Hub for its price, features, and scalability. We switched from Salesforce because we found it overly complicated, expensive, and had sub-par support.

The most impressive aspect was the implementation process, where I had access to an extremely talented individual who knew Hubspot inside out. This person helped us get up and running effectively. We now heavily rely on it.
