Plenty of Features, But Lacks Real-Time Support
In summary, it took me over three months and over $2000 in external support to transition my CRM to Teachworks and learn how to use it. Now that I've grasped it, it's becoming a crucial part of my business. I'm disappointed that the process could have been simplified with an onboarding call, which I would have willingly paid for. Instead, I had to figure it out myself due to the system's lack of intuitiveness. Teachworks offers a lot of functionality and customization based on user needs. It provides options for hourly or bulk package billing and allows clients to schedule with a single click. I had known about Teachworks for years but was hesitant to switch my business over because the platform seemed overwhelming. Now, after three months, it's not as daunting. The onboarding process was long and expensive, primarily because Teachworks doesn't offer live phone support or onboarding training like many tech platforms. I was completely perplexed for three months.

Falling Short of Expectations
I've been using Teachworks for four years without any problems, but in the last four months, I've been having issues with the full calendar feature that I use regularly. I can't see names or the entire day, and I'm tired of constantly dealing with this problem without any resolution. I used to like the software when it worked correctly, but now it doesn't. Despite my attempts to fix the issue over the past few months, I'm still experiencing the same problems. I've even missed three classes because the calendar can't display times and students correctly. Despite my efforts, they haven't made any attempts to fix the issue. They suggested that I've changed the default calendar view from month to week and gave me instructions on how to change it back, but this doesn't solve the problems I've been having.
