  Experiencing the Thoroughness and Security of Authorize.net

  Authorize.net is hands down the most thorough credit card processor I've ever had the pleasure of working with! They are so committed to security and ensuring all transactions are legitimate. A client of mine accidentally disputed a charge of $196.42, then asked us to charge it again, which we promptly did. In response to this dispute, Authorize.net, in their diligence, put a hold on $12, from other clients. After a few productive phone calls, they released $6, and are still holding $3,, which I believe is a testament to their commitment to ensuring all transactions are above board. We've been in touch with their risk department, explaining that the case was resolved and asked them to release the $3,. In their thoroughness, they charged my client again $196.42 and deposited it into my account. This prompted us to do a deep dive into our transactions and we discovered that $15, was missing from our settled transactions over the past four months. It's been an eye-opening experience to see how much could potentially be missing from nearly three years of transactions. My CPA is now on top of the situation and we're prepared to work closely with Authorize.net to resolve this. It's just amazing how thorough they are in their processes.
